Return & Exchange Policy

1. Merchandise purchased on the K-Times Pop-Up Store or thru an online platform can be exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.

2. You can only exchange or refund defective items.

3. If the items you want to exchange are out of stock, you may choose another item, it should be the same price or higher than the product you will exchange then the difference must be settled.

4. Any products for exchange will only be accepted with the following conditions;

- item/s should be complete with the packaging and tagging if any and no signs of damage.

- If items are defective or have traces of used or washed, missing parts or any damage to the packaging or the product itself will not be valid for exchange or refund.

5. If the purchased product is out of stock then the customer will have a full refund.

6. Kindly directly contact our Pop-up Store personnel for any exchange of items.

7. If by any chance upon purchase of any product, if the product/s is found with defect, you may bring it directly to the Pop-up Store and show the receipt to our personnel to exchange it with the same item within the same day of purchase.
